Additional Rates & Fees

Gratuity: Airport Transfers do NOT include gratuity, for all other reservations a 20% Standard Gratuity is included.

Fuel / Taxes: All taxes included. Fuel charges for reservations outside Los Angeles County (please call for further details).

Airport Fee: $17.00 additional for all Airport Transfer Pick Ups.

Meet & Greet: additional $25.00 Plus Parking fee after grace period is over.

Parking: Will apply when necessary.

Tolls: Included in Airport Transfers. For all other services we will apply as necessary.

Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable.

Child Seat: $20.00 for all additional baby, booster or convertible seat.

Flower Service: Price of flowers + $25.00 service fee.

WiFi Hotspot: Complimentary upon request.

Peak Season Rates: Apply for mid April to mid August and Late November to Early January.

Midnight Rates: Apply for all reservation between midnight to 5:00 a.m

Pets: No fee ( pet carrier required)

Booking and Payment

We've streamlined our booking process to make it as easy as possible. To secure your ride, a card needs to be on file with us prior to booking. Our secure online platform allows you to make payments swiftly and securely. Please note that we charge a nominal payment processing fee of 3.75%.

Pricing

We strive to offer competitive rates in the transportation industry. However, it's important to note that our pricing is subject to change. We suggest you confirm the current rates at the time of booking.

Prices start at $97.00/hour. Minimum of 2-hr required.
**Airport rides available for flat rate. Please send us an email for quote.

Gratuity

We charge gratuity and we appreciate your generosity. Our dedicated drivers strive to provide exceptional service, and it's customary to reward their efforts with a 20% - 25% gratuity.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to both our customers and our drivers. Please notify us within 3 hours of cancelation. The fees will be half the cost of the ride.

Event Parking

If you're heading to big events such as concerts and sporting events, kindly take note that you will be required to obtain a parking pass.

Pet and Smoking Policy

To ensure the comfort of all our clients, we have a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles. Pets are also not allowed unless they are housed in a cage.
